Terms

By downloading the RideFresh app, creating a driver account, or using the RideFresh platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Driver Terms. These terms govern the relationship between RideFresh Solutions LLC ("RideFresh") and any rideshare, delivery, or fleet driver ("Driver") accessing the platform. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

To access RideFresh driver pricing and network benefits, you must be an active driver on at least one recognized gig economy platform (including but not limited to Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex, Grubhub, or comparable services) operating within an active RideFresh service area. RideFresh reserves the right to verify driver status at any time and to suspend access for any driver who no longer meets eligibility requirements.

Verified drivers receive access to exclusive member pricing at certified RideFresh partner locations. Member rates are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or extended to non-members. Pricing tiers, membership benefits, and applicable credits are subject to change at RideFresh's discretion with reasonable notice. RideFresh does not guarantee availability of services at any specific partner location at any given time.

Drivers access member pricing by scanning a station QR code at a certified partner location using the RideFresh app. Each check-in is associated with the verified driver account at time of scan. Drivers may not share account credentials or use another driver's account to access member pricing. Fraudulent check-in activity, including the use of unauthorized QR codes or account impersonation, will result in immediate account termination.

Drivers agree not to circumvent the RideFresh platform by directly negotiating private pricing arrangements with partner vendors outside the network, sharing or distributing member QR codes, or engaging in any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform's pricing or routing systems. Violation of this policy constitutes a material breach of these Driver Terms and may result in permanent account termination and recovery of any benefits improperly obtained.

Drivers agree to treat partner location staff with respect and to follow all applicable rules and procedures at partner facilities. RideFresh is not responsible for disputes between drivers and partner vendors arising from conduct at service locations. Repeated complaints from partner locations regarding driver conduct may result in suspension or removal from the network.

Credits and referral rewards issued through the RideFresh platform have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for currency. RideFresh reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any credit or reward program at any time without prior notice. Credits obtained through fraudulent referrals or misuse of the platform will be forfeited and the associated account suspended.

RideFresh Solutions LLC is not liable for any service outcomes, vehicle damage, or business losses arising from your use of partner network services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RideFresh's total liability to any driver shall not exceed amounts paid to RideFresh in the three months preceding the claim. RideFresh does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or that partner locations will always be operational.

RideFresh may suspend or terminate a driver's account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the platform or its partner network. Drivers may discontinue use of the platform at any time. Upon termination, all accrued credits and benefits are forfeited.

RideFresh Solutions LLC reserves the right to update these Driver Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Driver Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nassau or Suffolk County, New York.
